This year's conference will open with a panel discussion among expert evaluators regarding dramatic changes in the field of evaluation in the past ten years. The discussion will cover the perspectives of funders, program managers, university evaluators, external and internal evaluators. Join in the facilitated round table Think Tank regarding changes you have seen and share ideas with other participants about the accompanying challenges, opportunities and resources.

After lunch, breakout sessions will include:

basic evaluation skills,
evaluation capacity building in organizations,
techniques of data visualization for reporting and
using fidelity scales to assess program process.

Morning refreshments, lunch and an afternoon snack are included.
